Return Window:
We gladly accept returns of most items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.

Return Conditions:

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Packaging:
Please ensure that your return is carefully packaged in a sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees or taxes.

• Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

• Once we receive your return and it passes our quality inspection, a full refund of the item(s) will be issued to your original payment method.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

• Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
