Return Window:
We gladly accept returns of most items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Return Conditions:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Packaging:
Please ensure that your return is carefully packaged in a sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded.
Shipping & Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees or taxes.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and it passes our quality inspection, a full refund of the item(s) will be issued to your original payment method.
