Every Sacraterra piece is prepared and shipped with the utmost care, so that your chosen talisman reaches you quickly and safely — ready to become part of your journey.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–4 business days from the time your order is received. During promotional periods or product launches, please allow for potential delays due to high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping time is calculated after the order has been processed.
All orders come with a tracking number and you will receive an email once your package has been dispatched

• 5 € with Speedex Courier

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days

🇪🇺 Europe (EU countries):

• 13 € with DHL Express

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom, 🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada:

• 23 € with DHL Express

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days

• Customs and import taxes are fully prepaid by us, ensuring your package arrives directly to your door with no additional fees or duties due on delivery.

(Please note: At this time, we do not ship outside of Europe, the UK, the USA, or Canada due to significantly higher international shipping costs.)

Customs & Delays

Once a parcel reaches its destination country, it may occasionally experience delays due to local customs procedures. These processes are beyond our control and may extend delivery times. We kindly ask for your understanding should this occur.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs or import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.
